I know the poll closed a couple of days ago, but I finally got a chance to post about the results today. So, there were two polls this time around.

Do you think Northanger Abbey's Catherine Morland would have read Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte?

So, it was unanimous: everyone that voted agreed that Catherine Morland would have read Jane Eyre if Jane Eyre was available during Regency England.

Now comes the harder question:

Would Catherine Morland have enjoyed Jane Eyre

Yes	33 (78%)
No	9 (21%)

Most of the people who voted agreed that Catherine would have enjoyed Jane Eyre.
