Even More Period Drama eCards!

Okay, now I'm just having way too much fun with this! I created some more eCards (my first batch you can find here). So, here's my second batch (which I will be putting up on Pinterest again -- and I'm also having way too much fun with Pinterest!)

Reference: Cranford
Captain Brown: Major Gordon! Mrs. Forrester informs me that she will be more likely to come if you call out "Bessie, dearest."

Reference: Pride and Prejudice (1995)
I thought it would break my heart!
Well I'm sure I shall break mine!

Reference: Downton Abbey
Maybe a little early... or a little late... But still useful!

Reference: Titanic (1997), Downton Abbey
My response to the numerous articles of people not knowing that, yes, the Titanic was actually real and did actually sink. Bit of tongue in cheek.

Reference: Downton Abbey - Series 2
Seriously, why does Dr. Clarkson still work at Downton hospital?

Reference: The Scarlet Pimpernel
Kid Chauvelin?

Reference: Emma (2009)
It's not good for them!

Reference: Pride and Prejudice
You'll love such songs as "Slumber Dear Maid" and "My Mother Leads Me By My Hand  My mother bids me bind my hair"

Reference: Downton Abbey, Titanic (2012)
I was heartily disappointed...

Reference: The Scarlet Pimpernel
Sir Percy is simply the best dressed man in the room

Enjoy these eCards!

 God Bless,
God Bless, Miss Elizabeth Bennet

  1. "Did you see what Sir Percy was wearing?" Classic!
The song Mary Bennet sings, though-- isn't it "my mother bids me bind my hair"?

    1. Oops. I have always misheard that song! You're right. I'm going to go fix that now. Thanks for letting me know. :-)
