  1. YES! *screams* Wow. How close! I'm SO SO SO SO SO glad Knightley won. *sigh of relief* We should do it again...I bet Darcy would do better if K wasn't in it. ;)

    Great tournament, Miss Elizabeth. :)

And I'm not signed into my account, but it's the same Charity U as usual. :)

  2. You don't know how happy these results make me! I wasn't sure Mr. Knightley could win against all those other heroes, especially Mr. Darcy! It was such a close race, I really enjoyed watching them compete in the polls! I love Mr. Knightley, he's such a wonderful gentleman!
Thanks so much for hosting this tournament, it was really a lot of fun! I'd love to see a rematch at a later date but I think Mr. Darcy or Mr. Thornton would win.

    Miss Laurie :)

  3. *Smiles admiringly at Mr. Knightley.*

Yay! That is so funny...won by ONE VOTE! Mr. Thornton did a really good job!

I'm glad a Jane Austen hero won. Especially after a JA heroine won, (Even if it wasn't the same couple. haha)
And Mr. Knightley was Jane Austen's favorite, or so I have read. =)

Looking forward to the film tournament!!!

  5. Oh yes, and to answer one of your questions Miss Lizzy, I would like another hero tournament with different matches - another heroine one would be really good too!! (And I hope Marianne will get further along the next time!)

  7. Mr. Knightley won! I am so glad! But Mr. Thornton was really close, as in REALLY close. But both heroes deserved to be at the top. 'Twas another great tournament, Miss Bennet!

  8. What, what, WHAT?? Mr. Knightly? Honestly. o.O Mr. Thornton is %100+ more heroic, and dashing, and handsome, and all around amazing. There is no question about it! :P :sobs in corner:

Ah well. I don't understand it. But congrats, Mr. Knightly. I guess. (its the rebellious Austen-hater in me. j/k j/k)

Fun contest! I really enjoyed it.
