Yay! The last round! I know just who I'm voting for but I'm so happy that these are both heroines from my dear Jane Austen! I've added the one of these lovely new buttons to my blog. I'm so excited to find out the results of the tournament! :)

Elizabeth and Elinor are a couple of my favorite characters! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI never would have thought this from watching the movies, but Elinor sometimes reminds me of Elizabeth, when reading Sense and Sensibility. Some of the thing she thinks, etc.
I'll vote for Elizabeth. I admire Elinor, but there's no one quite like Lizzy. As Jane Austen said about her in a letter to Cassandra:
“I must confess that I think her as delightful a character as ever appeared in print, and how I shall be able to tolerate those who do not like her at least, I do not know”.
(I'm sorry if I commented twice; I'm not sure if it worked before, and I had to re-type it. If there are two, this is the one I'd rather have published. ;-) )
