Round 3
Jane Eyre (Jane Eyre)
Elizabeth Bennet (Pride and Prejudice)
Elinor Dashwood (Sense and Sensibility)
Margaret Hale (North and South)
Jane Bennet (Pride and Prejudice)
There is the poll! Go and vote! You only have one week!
Comments? As usual, this is a regular blog post that you can comment on. Rooting for anyone? Leave a comment.
This is tough! Only one heroine can be voted for. And I love all these heroines!
ReplyDeleteThis poll is even harder than the last one! I love all of these heroines and don't want to see any of them loose. My favorites of these are Margaret Hale and Elinor Dashwood - I'm having a hard time choosing between them!

I wanted the poll to be you could vote for four of the five heroines, but Blogger didn't have that option except to select multiple answers (unlimited, I assume). Oh well...
ReplyDeleteNo, no, no, how am I supposed to choose?!?!!?? I guess it's the three Jane Austen heroines I have to choose between. :( AHHHH!!!! ;)
ReplyDeleteNote: you should do this again, maybe in six months or a year, and see how the results differed. It could be very interesting!
I was thinking about doing this tournament again (probably much later), but the winner of this one can't compete the next time (otherwise she would always win). I was also thinking about doing another tournament soon after this one, but with the heroes.
ReplyDeleteI think the hero tournament is a swell idea. :)
ReplyDeleteThis one is hard to decide!! But it looked like my 4 favorites were ahead, so I just voted for Lizzy. :)
I think doing another heroine tournament is a good idea too, because with everybody mixed up differently, the results might be different.
ReplyDeleteI voted for Jane Eyre. A pity she's losing. :(
ReplyDeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteI would like to know.
How do you make your blog buttons.
I want to make one myself, But I dont know
how. It would be a big help if you explain.

Tasha,
ReplyDeleteI just made a square image in a program called Photoshop, but you could use any image program. I mostly used screen shots to find the right picture for the button. Once you make the image, you would have to code it into HTML code in a text box so anyone could put the code on their blog. Hope this helps! :-)
