Some Banners

Well, with my finals almost over and all my papers turned in, I had a little time to play around experimenting and creating banners. If you click on the picture, you will get a larger image. I only made three so far: Elinor Dashwood from Sense and Sensibility, Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice, and Marianne Dashwood from Sense and Sensibility. Enjoy!

  2. On a side note, P&P is my favorite Jane Austen book, but I'm checking Emma too because it's such a good one! Have you ever read Sanditon? It's an unifinished Jane Austen, finished by an anonymour "Another Lady." It's pretty good!

  3. CharityU,
You can post them on your blog. I'm glad that you like them. :-)

I haven't read Sandition; all I know about it was that it was one of Jane Austen's unfinished novels. I think I might have seen it in the stores, though.

  4. Elegance of Fashion: I posted the banners on my Austenitis blog. Thank you so much!

If you decide to do some again...could you do one with the great scene from the old P&P (1995)where Lizzy & Georgiana play piano, and Mr. Darcy and Lizzy exchange that look? That's my favorite scene. :) It might even be cool to have Mr. Darcy and Lizzy both in it, I don't know. But remember, this is just a request. If you don't have time, I totally understand.

  5. Charity U,
    You're welcome.

You make a good point. I'm on my Christmas break now, so I'll have some time. I might be able to make that banner. I'll have to try it out. Thanks for the idea! I'll give you credit for the idea when it's made.
