  2. Somehow I didn't know or didn't remember Susannah Harker's mother, Polly Adams, also played Jane. As a side note her father, Richard Owens, played Colonel Brandon in Sense & Sensibility 1971 (and he also recently commented on my S&S 1971 film review!). Susannah was married to Iain Glen (Mr. Preston in Wives & Daughters) and her sister Caroline was married to Anthony Calf (Col. Fitzwilliam in P&P 1995). Wow! What a family!
